Transforming the Food & Agriculture value chain

Description: The Food and Agriculture session will be a multi-stakeholder dialogue to discuss how we can we trigger practical, and rapid, sustainable transformation and collective actions along the food and agriculture value chain to achieve our vision for a regenerative and equitable food system that produces healthy, safe, and nutritious food for all. We will explore how the upcoming milestone events of the CBD COP 15 and the UNFCCC COP 27 will provide an opportunity to advance multi-lateral negotiations and achieve a net-zero, nature positive and equitable food and agriculture system, looking at the central role of producers and the leadership of front-running businesses in advancing positive outcomes for rural livelihoods, healthy diets, and the environment.
