How to successfully engage with your value chain

Embark on a journey with your industry peers to discuss and unlock the solutions to successfully reduce your Scope 3 upstream emissions. The session will begin with a quiz on the latest facts and figures around Scope 3 and supplier engagement. This will set the scene for industry-focused discussions on the key stages of the Scope 3 journey and the main challenges and unlocks for each. You will leave the session with a clear understanding of the value chain engagement journey and a proposed framework laying out industry-specific enablers, tactics & tools that will allow you to turn your suppliers and customers into your next decarbonization allies. 

This session is focused entirely on having the attendees collaborate with industry peers to determine the sector-specific enablers, tactics, and existing tools and tackle well-known challenges around value chain engagement to move forward with their Scope 3 decarbonization strategies. We will do so by grouping the attendees based on their main industry or industry of interest and giving them four key challenges they will need to outline clear solutions for, and ultimately compile into a framework. This will ensure buy-in in the outcomes, as well as sector specificity and the ability for peers to exchange on best practices that are applicable to their industry.
