Driving Whole Life Carbon adoption and unlocking the business case for asset modernization

ASEAN’s real estate and infrastructure sector sits at a critical inflection point. While operational emissions have improved, embodied carbon and retrofit investment barriers remain major blind spots. At the same time, regulatory pressure, green finance mechanisms and occupier expectations are accelerating.

This workshop convenes developers, asset owners, financiers, occupiers, solution providers and policymakers to:

• Align on a standardized approach to Whole Life Carbon assessment
• Strengthen the business case for retrofitting commercial real estate
• Identify enabling policy and finance mechanisms
• Launch structured workstreams under two implementation tracks
