EAT@Home is the opportunity to engage with, contribute to and influence the movement for food system transformation leading up to the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit.<\/p>\n<p>When seeking enabling solutions that foster the transition to healthy and sustainable consumption patterns,\u00a0<u>what<\/u>\u00a0we eat is just as important as\u00a0<u>how<\/u>\u00a0that food is produced, traded, and eaten.
