This year, in the run-up to COP28 and in support of the emerging Buildings Breakthrough, we are embarking on an ambitious initiative to build on this narrative and identify the key actions stakeholders all along the value chain can take to shift the system as a whole. We will do this through a series of three value chain workshops that will build on each other to identify some of the critical barriers or system intervention points and the actions to overcome those barriers.
