The Sustainable Rice Landscapes Initiative is hosting a series of roundtable discussions this September, offering stakeholders from across the finance value chain the opportunity to meet and discuss potential scaled solutions for financing sustainable rice in Vietnam, Thailand, West Africa, Pakistan, and India (dates below).
The region-specific roundtables follow from the conclusions of a recent report on rice finance, commissioned by WBCSD and FAO and supported by the Sustainable Rice Platform as Knowledge Partner. The sessions aim to reflect on the report and establish the necessary next steps and connections for implementation of co-created, region-specific innovative financing solutions.
